How long does my order take to ship?

Orders typically will take 2-3 business days to ship out, you will receive a notification and a tracking number once it has been shipped. Buyers are responsible for contacting the UPS if their package is delayed or if there are any issues once the package is in transit. If your package is being held at your local UPS location, it is YOUR responsibility to contact the UPS and visit your local UPS to pick up the package.

Dice can be returned within 60 days of purchasing for a full refund for the following reasons: 

  • Incorrect set was sent/ordered. 

  • Within the 60 days time limit. 

  • Large cosmetic issue that was Not stated in the item description and grading of the dice set. 

  • Odd cure/reaction within the time frame. Resin is weird and can suddenly react to climate and temperature in odd ways. If this happens to you within the 60 days mark please reach out.

  • Any of these issues must have a photo and or video showing the issues you have with the set. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not currently! Should you place an order internationally, we will refund the payment due to shipping costs.

Situations that will Not result in a refund:  

  • Listed cosmetic issues. 

  • Over the 60 day limit. 

  • Dice come with the instruction to roll on a padded surface or dice pad. If damage comes to the dice via, dropping or rolling on a hard surface this does not warrant a refund. 

    Though these dice are made of durable resin cured in a pressure pot, like all crafted items they have their limits. If you do not take care of them, they can scratch, chip, or break! We are not responsible for any damage caused by user error.

Certain dice are sold at a discount due to visual defects. In this case the set will have a disclaimer detailing the extent of the flaws, for example:

NOTE: this is a discounted set, and not made to our usual quality standards. Please be aware of all product defects before purchasing. Thank you!
