Terms of service.

All products sold on this site are handmade, being handmade means the following:
Every set is made by one person, from molding, pouring, sanding, polishing and inking!
No two die are identical, every die is unique in its own way!
The dice are cast from epoxy resin cured in a pressure pot to reduce air bubbles and to ensure balance and high quality.
All Dice are washed at the finish line and inspected for quality control.
Due to the handmade nature of these dice:
Surfaces on some dice may have:
small scratches
shallow numbers (usually the 1)
a duller edge
mold marks
tiny pin sized holes
stray bubbles here or there
slightly uneven painted numbers due to how the paint dried.
Dice with inclusions may also have small raised surfaces where the inclusion has pushed against the surface, or inclusions that may have breached the surface. If a dice contains any of these, the product description will include photos and descriptions of any noticeable flaws. All of the above are cosmetic flaws, there are no voids or major bubbles and the dice are otherwise balanced, unless they contain inclusions. Inclusions may affect the balance of dice.
Pricing
I try to price my dice fairly!
Some dice will be priced lower or higher depending on the cosmetic flaws or inclusions in the dice. Some inclusions are very limited and more difficult to obtain, which affects the price of a set.
All dice are packaged and shipped in sturdy pillow boxes.
Shipping and Handling are not included in the price of dice EXCEPT for custom commissioned sets.
Buyers are responsible for contacting the USPS if their package is delayed or if there are any issues once the package is in transit. If your package is being held at your local USPS location, it is YOUR responsibility to contact the USPS and visit your local USPS to pick up the package.
Commission Set Guidelines
I
Pricing ranges from 100-120, this is an estimate based the complexity of the design or the amount of desired inclusions wanted in the set.
50% of the price is required before the start of the creating process.
I reserve the right to refuse and refund any commission for whatever reason. Said reason does not have to be disclosed.
Once the deposit is made, the set will take 3-4 weeks to complete, process, and ship.
As stated above, regular shipping in the USA is included in the price.
Each commission process grants you two pours, you pick one of the two sets and it will be shipped to you once finished!
If both sets are something to be desired you can purchase the other set for a discounted rate!
If neither of the sets are something you wished for, you will receive a 80% return on the amount charged.
If you wish to keep tweaking the design you would like, pours after the second are an additional 15$ charge.
I reserve the right to sell any remaining set(s) in the store in its full set, pieces, or jewelry if you choose not to claim them.
